About me
Registered Dietitian; BS University of Arkansas, Dietetic Internship University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, MS University of Central Arkansas. The world of Nutrition and Dietetics has taken me through various clinical settings and eventually to a place in the DESE, Child Nutrition Unit as a Program Area Specialist, covering the southeast counties of Arkansas and as a supervisor to the program specialists. Currently, I work with directors and district administrators as they consider outsourcing their Child Nutrition Programs to third party contractors. I am a certified ServSafe instructor and test proctor and a School Nutrition Specialist.
