My career has spanned classrooms, school leadership, and statewide support, giving me a deep understanding of the complexities educators face every day.I partner with schools and districts to strengthen leadership, build collaborative cultures, and design systems that support meaningful learning for all students. My work focuses on developing the capacity of educators—because when adults grow in clarity, skill, and purpose, students benefit.I believe that improving education is not about quick fixes, but about thoughtful, sustained work grounded in relationships, reflection, and a shared commitment to doing what’s best for kids.
