ADE Summit 2026

An Arkansas native, Dr. Weatherly brings extensive expertise in school safety, emergency management, and facilities oversight to the Safe Schools Unit. His comprehensive training spans Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), CERT, school site assessments, emergency planning, and NOVA Community Crisis Response. Before his current role, he managed construction operations for over 45 school districts as a Facilities Project Manager for ADE DPSAFT. He also served the City of Cabot as a licensed building inspector for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Beyond his primary work, Dr. Weatherly is an adjunct professor and a member of Alpha Chi, a national collegiate honor society.
