About me
I was a classroom teacher (mostly ELA) for 31 years before joining DESE 12 years ago. I have always worked in the Assessment unit and have helped train and administer three state assessments: PARCC, Aspire, and ATLAS. ATLAS 3-10 (reports, data, etc.) and communications (LiveBinders, newsletters, etc.) are my main responsibilities. Being out in the field and visiting/training teachers are my favorite parts of the job.
