Jason Miller currently serves as a State Leadership Development Coach at the Arkansas Department of Education, where he provides statewide guidance on district operations, school finance, effective use of personnel, and resource management. He also oversees the Fiscal Services and Support Unit at DESE, leading efforts to strengthen financial practices and build capacity across school districts.
