About me
Hope Worsham serves as the Assistant Commissioner of Public School Accountability at the Arkansas Department of Education, where she leads statewide efforts to support school performance and ensure meaningful use of data in decision-making. With a career spanning multiple leadership roles, Hope has served as a math teacher, Assessment Director, Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction, and Director of THRIVE Arkansas. Across each role, she has remained focused on helping educators, leaders, and systems better understand and use data to improve outcomes for students.
Hope is particularly passionate about making complex data accessible and actionable, empowering educators to move beyond compliance and toward continuous improvement. Her work centers on building systems that translate data into clear insights that can drive real change in classrooms and schools. Outside of her professional work,
Hope enjoys spending time with her children and relaxing at the lake.
