About me
Dustin Seaton (Ed.S., Arkansas Tech University) is the Director of Advanced Programs at Rogers Public Schools, and previously held the position of Gifted & Talented Specialist at Northwest Arkansas Education Service Cooperative from 2017 to 2023, where he organized program options for 16 public school districts. Previously, Dustin served as the Policy and Events Coordinator at the Lieutenant Governor's Office and coordinated the G/T program for grades K-12 at Prairie Grove School District. Dustin holds a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arkansas Tech University, and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Central Arkansas Honors College. He has served nearly two decades in public education, is a Nationally Board Certified Teacher, and has served as the past-president of Arkansans for Gifted and Talented Education (AGATE).
