About me
Craig is the Social Studies Design Specialist at Virtual Arkansas with 15 years of experience in education, including eight years in online education. He began with Virtual Arkansas in 2017 as a part-time adjunct teacher, became a full-time social studies teacher in 2018, and later transitioned to the Design and Development team. In his current role, Craig maintains social studies courses, project manages new course builds, supports curriculum updates, and helps develop and improve course content. Many of the social studies courses he supports have recently become Quality Matters certified. Craig holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology with a minor in History from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Arkansas, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership in Administration and Supervision from Southern Arkansas University.
