About me
I am the Chief Research Officer for the ARData Team in the Arkansas Department of Shared Administrative Services. I have almost two decades of professional experience working with governmental administrative data systems and hold a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems and Workforce Development. I have led various projects and grants, utilizing my expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and systems design to connect and analyze longitudinal data sets across multiple administrative levels. My work focuses on PreK through postsecondary education, CTE, workforce development, social services, criminal justice, and more, contributing to the design of multiple data systems including LAUNCH for Students and ACEBook, dissemination of dashboards and the expansion of data sources for Arkansas' Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS).
