Eric James is the Program Administrator for the Title IV-A program, Stronger Connections Grant, and oversees the ESSER (Notice of Federal Interest) with the Federal Programs Unit for the Arkansas Department of Education. Eric has over 16 years of experience with the Arkansas Department of Education.
